I think the pictures I will post will speaks for themselves. We felt very uncomfortable staying at this place, customer service is nonexistent. I even upgraded my room to have great view I felt it was not worth the upgrading. I am really sad to leave such a review because I really thought I was going to have a great experience visiting Dallas first time and write amazing a review. However, the restaurants smells like vomit. This is more like a motel kind of experience. Room we stayed in was 1827 were very dusty, smelly, and dark. I would not recommend this hotel to friends, very dirty and outdated place.
